Diamond Cut Alloy Wheel Refurbishment

Precision-cut for a professional finish

Diamond cutting is a very precise process and takes longer to reproduce than normal alloy wheel refurbishment. Diamond cutting involves removing a thin layer of aluminum from the wheel using specialist lathing equipment. With our bespoke in house diamond cutting lathe we will provide you with the highest quality finish and the quickest turnaround time.

Bent Wheel

Potholes, out of round, wobbles

Backside bends commonly occur on the inner lip of the wheel but is also possible on the outer lip, spokes, or face. Bends are usually the result of potholes, curbs, or other road hazards.

Quinn Auto Styling inspect your wheels for possible fractures. We also measure and determine if it is safe to straighten.

Curb Damage

Contact with the curb or other object

Curb damage is typically the result of contact with a roadside curb, road debris, or resultant of driving on a flat tire. Damage is typically focused around the lip of the wheel, spokes or face.

Quinn Auto Styling repair, prime, paint and coat the wheel, restoring it to OEM standard.

Corrosion

Flaking and Peeling

Wheel corrosion is often the result of roadside chemicals, salts, tire sealants, brake dust, or other elements.

Quinn Auto Styling can repair by acid stripping, shot blasting and then going on to prime, paint and clear coat the wheel restoring it to its original glory.

Gouging

Resulting from road debris and hazards

Quinn Auto Styling examine your wheel to deem if it can be repaired safely.

Wheels deemed safe for repair require welding and computer numerical control (CNC) machining.

Cracks

Resulting from hard impact

Cracks can occur due to hard impact with road debris or other hazards.

Quinn Auto Styling will examine your wheel to determine the required repair, which may include welding and CNC machining. Cracks on the spoke or damage to the bead seat are inspected to determine if the wheel is safe to repair.
